These terms cover orders placed with Omar Arshad Couture.
Quotes and orders
Every piece is made to order. We quote each piece on WhatsApp, based on its design, fabric and handwork. An order starts when the design and the quote are agreed on WhatsApp.
Measurements
We make each piece to the measurements you give us and check them with you before we start.
Making time
A piece takes 8 to 12 weeks to make from the day its design is agreed.
Shipping and customs
We ship to your address. Delivery time is given with your quote. Import duties and taxes, where your country charges them, are explained with your quote.
Changes and cancellations
Before cutting starts, the design can change freely. After work starts, small changes are usually possible and large ones are not; what applies to your piece is agreed with your quote.
